We reworked the site structure to make treatment information easier to scan, especially on mobile, and reduced friction for first-time visitors. The project combined a lightweight CMS setup with booking-platform integration so the practice team could maintain content without technical overhead. Handover included editor training so the practice team can update treatment pages and news themselves, without depending on us for day-to-day content changes. We designed a clean visual identity with prominent booking calls-to-action and a mobile-first layout, since most local searches for salons happen on a phone. With the main congress on March 15 and an additional group-leader format on March 14, the event connected business relevance with emotional live momentum. Mit dem Hauptkongress am 15. März und einer vorgelagerten Gruppenleiter-Tagung am 14. März verband das Format fachliche Relevanz mit emotionaler Live-Dynamik.
The congress was positioned internally as a standout annual moment, designed to inspire, reward performance, and strengthen identification with the ANIfit and Provital environment. DiLight was responsible for the technical production — stage, lighting, sound, and atmosphere — that turned this ambition into a tangible, high-trust live experience. Der Kongress war intern als herausragender Jahresmoment positioniert: inspirierend, leistungswürdigend und identitätsstiftend für das ANIfit- und Provital-Umfeld. DiLight verantwortete die technische Umsetzung für Bühne, Licht, Ton und Atmosphäre und übersetzte diesen Anspruch in ein greifbares, vertrauensstarkes Live-Erlebnis.
A defining framework factor was the clearly profiled target group: advisor participation at a qualified performance level and a dedicated group-leader track ahead of the main day. This allowed communication, pacing, and staging to be planned with precision. Ein prägender Rahmenfaktor war die klar profilierte Zielgruppe: Teilnahme auf qualifiziertem Leistungsniveau sowie ein eigener Gruppenleiter-Track vor dem Haupttag. Content-wise, the format deliberately combined strategic networking with leadership proximity. Direct exchange between field advisors and ANIfit leadership was not treated as a side element, but as a core value driver of the event experience. EzEventz is our own Shopify app: a full event-ticketing layer that plugs directly into a merchant's existing store, so selling event tickets works the same way as selling any other product. EzEventz ist unsere eigene Shopify-App: eine vollständige Event-Ticketing-Ebene, die direkt in den bestehenden Shop eines Händlers integriert wird, sodass der Verkauf von Event-Tickets genauso funktioniert wie der Verkauf jedes anderen Produkts.
Tickets are issued by email as PDF, QR code, or barcode, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for a smoother check-in experience at the door.
